Important Meaning of Performance Management System Carried out in CMSS
On July 19, 2010, CMSS held a work meeting of promoting the implementation of performance management system. The meeting stressed to push forward the implementation of performance management systems. Meanwhile, the general manager conveyed that the implementation of performance management system will bring about great significance and an important influence in the company.
The general manager stressed that the development of a company needs rules, but is also the beginning of participative collectivization management. Performance management gives us a standard and simple communication platform between staff and management, and so hope all to put up with some management advice actively and dare to creat in the future work to build together a bright future for CMSS.
The Conference spirit is unanimously agreed by all departments, and we stress that this is an important start of the "incentive-based, mainly to encourage" promoted in the company.
